 Mr. Ou Peng
Executive Director, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ou Peng has been our executive Director since 5 November 2016 and the Chairman of the Board and the Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 9 November 2016. He is also the chairman of the nomination committee of the Company since 5 November 2016. Mr. Ou is also a director of the subsidiary companies of the Company. Mr. Ou holds a Master degree in Economics from Jinan University. From February 2000 to May 2010, he worked in the Guangzhou office of China Great Wall Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“GW Guangzhou Office”), and served as senior manager of the business development department of GW Guangzhou Office from June 2009 to May 2010. From June 2010 to December 2011, Mr. Ou served as chief risk officer in China Great Wall AMC (International) Holdings Company Limited (“Great Wall International”). Mr. Ou held the positions of deputy general manager of Great Wall International from December 2013 to February 2015, director of Great Wall International since January 2015 and general manager of Great Wall International since February 2015. Mr. Ou is currently a vice chairman of both Chinese Financial Association of Hong Kong and the Listed Companies Council, Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association.
