 Mr. Wang Han
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Wang Han was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 22 March 2017. Mr. Wang has extensive experience in financial analysis, valuation analysis and audit. He obtained his bachelor degree majoring in finance from the business school of The University of Auckland in New Zealand in 2004 and master degree of business administration from City University of Seattle in U.S.A. in 2014. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. From 2012 to 2015, Mr. Wang worked in the debt valuation department of Great Wall Golden Bridge Financial Consulting Co., Ltd. He has acted as the head of finance department of Great Wall International since 2015. Prior to 2012, he worked as Assistant to chief financial officer of Carlton Party Hire in New Zealand, auditor of Ernst & Young Hua Ming and worked in the research department of ICBC Credit Suisse Asset Management Co., Ltd.
