Great Wall Pan Asia Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries (Collectively the “Group”) owns a diversified investment properties portfolio in Hong Kong, including certain floors in:
1. Bank of America Tower in Admiralty;
2. Yue King Building in Causeway Bay;
3. Sea View Estate in North Point;
4. Ko Fai Industrial Building in Yau Tong, Kowloon;
In the meantime, the Group will further develop its real estate business in Hong Kong, Mainland China and oversea countries and regions to increase source of income.
