Great Wall Pan Asia won the 7th China Securities’ “Best Listed
Company” Award of "Golden Bauhinia Award”
Great Wall Pan Asia Holdings Limited (“Great Wall Pan Asia” or the “Company”,
stock code: 583.HK) is pleased to announce that the Company, by virtue of its
outstanding performance in 2016 has secured "Best Listed Company" award of the 7th
China Securities "Golden Bauhinia Award”. Deputy Chief Executive Officer Meng Xuefeng represented the Company at the award ceremony to receive the prize.

The "Golden Bauhinia Award" of China Securities was jointly organized by Hong
Kong Ta Kung Wen Wei Media Group Limited, the Listed Companies Association of
Beijing, Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises
Association, Chinese Securities Association of Hong Kong, Chinese Financial
Association of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Securities Professionals Association. This
award primarily targeted on all listed companies both in mainland and Hong Kong,
analysts, fund trusts and their higher supervisory group for comparative and
comprehensive assessment, recommended the enterprises and supervisors on their
annual outstanding attributes and high achievements. The China Securities’ "golden
bauhinia award” was regarded as an important peugeot in China's capital market. The
award was a comprehensive rating on the performance of shortlisted listed companies
in terms of their shareholders’ return, profitability, financial security, sustainable
development, operational efficiency, corporate governance, brand value and other
related aspects. After years of vigorously administration, the China Securities’ "golden
bauhinia award", during the course of more than two decades of development in China
capital market, selected the highest, most prestigious and trustworthy listed companies
in both mainland and Hong Kong. The award result had become one of the most
important indicators for reference on capital markets in Hong Kong and mainland.
